Job Title : Network Architect

Job Description :
3-Troubleshoot and resolve network and Security incidents, Coordinate with wider team (onsite and offshore), OEM support teams to resolve issues.
4-Lead technical discussions and have up to date knowledge on the latest industry trends and technology.
5-Measure, report and Maintain all service delivery KPIs / SLA as defined in the service contract.
6-Analyze data relationships and dependencies, business and service delivery processes and communication needs regarding existing and new systems.
7-To raise equipment, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and to track these through to problem resolution.
8-Follow up on problem management and investigate workarounds and permanent fixes for reoccurring incidents.
9-Executes activities safely in accordance with the relevant Technology and HSE Standards.
10-Mandatory to have skills/experience (Apply only if you have experience as mentioned below) : In depth knowledge in Networking- Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, SDWAN
11-IP Routing protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRRP, LDP,RSVP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Multicast, Policy based routing
12-Switches/Routers/Load blanacers/WAN/ SDWAN Optimizers/ Firewalls
13-Routing, Switching, WAN Optimization and Load balancing.
14-Network technologies and solutions including IPv6, MPLs, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, Load balancing, VPN tunnels, WAN Optimization.
15-Clear understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards and related components
16-Wireless Controllers and Access Points
17-Network security policies and firewall administration for Cisco, Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls
18-IDP / IPS management
19-BIGIP F5 (LTM and GTM)
20-Good understanding of Juniper Q-Fabric Operation & Design'
