Lyros Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills of new hires, ensuring they not only identify areas for improvement but also demonstrate continuous progress. This position demands a passion for nurturing talent, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of soft skills development.
Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance the communication skills of new hires.
- Focus on various aspects of communication, including verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Work closely with new hires to identify areas of improvement in their communication styles.
- Provide constructive feedback on mistakes and guide individuals in overcoming challenges.
- Design and implement assessments to evaluate the communication proficiency of new hires.
- Regularly assess progress and tailor training programs to address specific needs.
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address personalized communication challenges.
- Provide tools and techniques for self-improvement and continuous learning.
- Conduct daily training sessions to reinforce and build upon communication skills.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and industry-specific examples to make training relevant.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand specific communication requirements for various roles.
- Customize training programs to align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain records of individual progress and improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for management on the overall effectiveness of the soft skills training program.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various communication styles and techniques.
- Ability to identify individual learning needs and tailor training accordingly.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
