Lead Consultant - Process Improvement - Sales & Marketing Team
Reports to VP - Sales & Marketing
LeadSquared is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced person for
Research and Strategy Role to join our team.

Job Description for Process Improvement

This role is to help us in consulting Led Sales as verticalisation is done
to drive the growth. Ability to understand the consulting from client part.

Ideal candidate should have the SCM or FS Lending Domain Experience. Strong
stakeholders' management and be capable of working with Pre-sales, PS & product
teams.Understand from Business stand point & continue with sales team, Till
winning the deal with Sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Understand the requirement, problem statement, work with pre-sales & other
team, work with sales, create a business solution proposal to drive the deal
closure.

. Interacting with the clients from the business standpoint. Domain &
Consulting knowledge is a must.

. Work cross-functionally to assist in the development of strategies for new
verticals, geographies, products, and market segments.

The ideal candidate will be someone with -

. 4 - 6 years of total work experience in similar sort of role in Domain
Mapping, Identification, Delivering, Solution & working with Pre-sales &
Consulting units.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic
. Excellent organisational skills with a strong bias to action
. High ability in data driven problem-solving and negotiation & someone from
Supply Chain Domain
