A Chief Marketing Officer runs the show of any organization. He/she must entirely take the reins of the brand into his/her brands and devise innovative and productive strategies to create brand awareness and identity.

4. Previous experience in Ed-tech or creative industry

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Devise innovative brand marketing initiatives and ensure their effective execution.
2. Conduct extensive research to understand our consumers, define their personas and recognize their behaviour and buying patterns.
3. Manage and develop scalable strategies to promote the brand on different online and offline platforms.
4. Work closely with the Marketing, Content, PR and Business Development teams to manage creative initiatives and meet monthly targets.
5. Collaborate and coordinate with brands and institutions to establish partnerships, promote the brand and drive business.
6. Measure and analyze the brand performance regularly and devise strategies for better results.
