Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document current business processes and workflows. Elicit and document business requirements, process maps, and user stories to capture key details for automation projects. Identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for optimization, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity. 2 . UiPath Automation: Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for UiPath automation workflows. Participate in the development and testing of automation solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and goals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows, ensuring smooth and effective process execution. 3 . Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges effectively to all relevant parties. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of automation initiatives. 4 . Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation adoption across various business functions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our processes. 5 . Quality Assurance and Testing: Assist in defining test scenarios and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate automation workflows before deployment.
