Job description
Job title Senior Co-worker – Family Strengthening Program-FSP. About the role-Job Description-
This position supports the national and zonal teams in compilation and presentation of periodic and ad hoc data requirements in long-term programs. This role is office-based with 10% field travel.
• Program facilitation
o Preparation, compilation and follow up of annual plans across all locations
o Supporting CPO and Directors in their review of donor commitments
o Follow up on minutes with location teams for completion of deliverables
o Manage program data sets and ensure error free report generation
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation
o Ensure timely compilation of data for program review and SOS Board requirement
o Review FS Portal as per directions given
o Ensure compliances across the work portfolio as per given standards
• Undertake any other activity/ work as directed by Supervisor
Qualification, Skills & Competencies Essential
•
Post graduate in social work, rural development or equivalent
• Approx. 3 – 4 years of experience in livelihood and rural development
• Good communications skills in English – reading, writing, speaking
• Demonstrable skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet
• Able to independently work with minimum directions
Desirable
• Community and stakeholder management experience
• Proposal writing experience
• Experience of working with senior and more knowledgeable team members
