Maintenance of Maintenance of A.C motor (2500 KW AC motor.)
Maintenance of DC & AC Drives, power & auxiliary panels.
Maintenance of roll grinding machine
Attending Breakdown maintenance & shutdown maintenance.
Maintaining Safety aspects & House Keeping of the line.
Maintenance of crane.
Making technical Specifications and technology appraisal for plant equipment and utilities.
Maintenance of Ac Drive, Dc Drive like ABB, Allen Bradley, Siemens micro Master Drive, Tele mechanique Drive
BRM & WRM Electrical Maintenance
Successfully completed BAR MILL Project
Erection & commissioning of MCC,PCC, Transformers Drives
Control wiring from RIO to Field - Proxy, HMD and solenoid valves..
Did the communication wiring & Control wiring.
MCC Control wiring & RIO'S Termination & Cabling
AC motors installation & maintenance.
Encoders Cabling & Termination
OS Internal/External wiring
Wiring of Siemens PLC S7-400
Handled wiring of field devices like control valves, flow meters.
Looked after power cable laying & termination for power distribution panels (PCC & MCC), motors, transformers, Ac drives and HT panels. And control cables for PLC, RIO'S and various field equipment
Coordinated with SIEMENS & MORGAN for Commissioning of Bar Rod Mill
Hydraulic and Lubrications motor maintenance
EOT cranes & Magnetic cranes, Electrical maintenance & Troubleshooting
