Program and Delivery Manager – Oracle ERP
Job Responsibility - Drive Revenue growth, Profitability and People development.
- Focused on Customer Satisfaction, Innovation & business KPIs
- Drive Productivity improvement and delivery of global projects
- Must come with strong consulting skills – Act as influence to the senior management with data and insights
- Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions
- Create consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream owners
- Collaborate with various teams to drive large scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices
- Relationship development and management at all levels
Ideal Candidate Should Have - 18 - 20 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge / Exposure in Oracle ERP is mandatory
- Knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing domain preferred
- Proficient in ITIL concepts, ITIL certifications will be preferred.
- Must have handled or co-ordinated multiple service or product deliveries (in application development / support space) either to a single large account, or to a group of accounts.
- Should have Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
- Self-starter who is willing to work through ambiguity and take initiative to drive complex projects
- Successful working independently and/or as part of a team in a global, virtual environment
- Strong project / program management skills with experience using process improvement and/or project management methodologies
- High degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones
