Job Overview We are looking for a Production Incharge to oversee our production operations and ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of customized clothing for weddings. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in production management and a strong understanding of clothing manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software
Roles And Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day production activities
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality standards
- Implement and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and train production staff to optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs
- Maintain production records and prepare reports for management
