Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven AWS Field Sales professional to join our
team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on AWS services. As a key
member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the
acquisition of new clients, as well as the expansion of existing client relationships. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in AWS solutions, a proven track record in field
sales, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
o Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs
and challenges.
o Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads for AWS services.
o Execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue
targets.

2. Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring

customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-
selling AWS services.

o Collaborate with AWS partners to leverage joint opportunities and drive
mutual success.
3. Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for promoting AWS
services.
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics to position our offerings effectively.

4. Solution Selling:
o Work closely with technical teams to understand and articulate the value
proposition of AWS services.
o Present and demonstrate AWS solutions to clients, addressing their specific
business challenges.
5. Pipeline Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and
client interactions in the CRM system.
o Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
6. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and
technical teams, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to client
engagement.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
o QualificaƟon BE/B.Tech - Computer Sc, or any similar field., MCA/ BCA, Diploma IT.
B.Sc. IT etc. or similar GraduaƟon.
o Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT sales Industry.

2. Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
o Familiarity with cloud computing and related technologies.
3. Sales Skills:
o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Team Player:
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
