Job Purpose
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a crucial player in our mission to expand our solar project reach in the Surat region. This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting potential customers, and explaining our solar projects. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and determined individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and close deals. Targeted local areas for on-field work are Kim, Karanj, Pipodra, Ankleshwar, and the surrounding areas.
Job Duties - Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and provide information about our solar projects.
- Maintain a strong customer engagement focus, understanding that a high volume of customer interactions is required to secure deals.
- Build relationships with potential clients and provide an overview of our solar solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively explaining the benefits of solar energy.
- Understand and explain the solar ecosystem and our projects.
- Collaborate with the local community and target regions such as Varachha, Sachin, Hojiwala, and Ankleshwar.
Required Qualifications Knowledge
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the solar industry.
- Familiarity with solar inverters.
- Understanding of the solar power industry and market trends
- Knowledge of Local solid community understanding of targeted regions

Education
