 Role Description We are looking for a Software Project Lead with a strong technical background, proficient in SQL, .NET, and various other technologies. This role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into software requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and mapping different systems.

Responsibilities: ·

Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. ·

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects within scope, budget, and schedule. ·

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team. ·

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and constraints. ·

Collaborate with offshore team. ·

Identify and mitigate project risks effectively. ·

Proactively address issues to ensure smooth project delivery. ·

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. ·

Facilitate effective communication within the project team. ·

Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. ·

Implement and enforce best practices for development and project management. ·

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations. ·

Provide regular updates and gather feedback to enhance project outcomes. ·

Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: ·

Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field]; master’s degree is a plus. ·

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical project management. ·

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. ·

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. ·

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. ·
