Job description

Qualification : MBA with 15 years of experience out of which minimum 3+ years in National Sales roles from reputed organizations preferably FMCG / FMCD Industry.

Role : To lead the complete sales and marketing functions for meeting the defined Goal

Responsibilities : Leading a team of sales team and manage the entire Sales, Marketing and After Sales functions of the Organization

Key Result Areas :

1. Formulating Distribution & Marketing Strategy
2. Mentoring and motivating the team to perform
3. Periodic Review and MIS sharing
4. Budgeting & meeting the Sales Plan [B2C]
a. Inventory planning
b. Sales forecasting
c. Sales Budgeting & Cashflow Planning
d. Meeting Revenue Targets (Sales & Collection)
e. Distribution & Supply Logistics
