Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analystto join our business analytics effort. Candidate must have experience working with large data sets and understand how to manipulate and analyze them using various statistical and mathematical methods. Our marketing and technology department will collaborate with you to determine what data should be collected and interpreted. Your goal will be to provide our business analysts with valuable information to forecast trends and improve sales. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant data experience.
Must have skills, knowledge amp; abilities: - Good Knowledge of Web Analytics( Preferring Google Analytics 4 Certified)
- Highly Experienced inData Collection, Data Cleaning, Analysing and Data Visualisation
- Experienced in Tools likePower Bi, looker Studio, and Tableau(Preferring Microsoft Certified)
- Experienced in Programming languages likePython, R, SQL, and Java.
- Highly experienced in creatingManual Data sources and Processing.
- The candidate should be good inMathematics.
- Minimum3 Years of Experiencein Web amp; Business Analytics.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities :
- Analyze data using statistical methods
- Create reports to share findings and recommendations with the internal team and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to determine and address data and reporting needs for various company projects
- Create statistical models that depict company-wide trends
- Perform testing and validation of data sets
- Document structures and types of business data
- Create reports and other business-facing derivatives for regular distribution
- Demonstrated reliability, able to 'close the loop' and complete requests in a timely manner, including returning all contacts (calls and emails) within 24 hours, preferably by end of the same business day
- Performs other duties assigned as required or requested

- Skilled at multi-tasking and the ability to respond appropriately under pressure
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with team members
- The flexibility to work irregular hours when required
- 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or relevant role
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
