Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of building and expanding our distribution chain. As a Sales Executive , you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and establishing partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure the efficient distribution of our products.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute a strategic plan to build a robust distribution chain for our nutraceutical products.
- Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the target market and establish strong business relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Present product offerings to potential partners and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in distribution channels.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the distribution industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of distribution channels, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel to meet with potential partners and attend industry events.
