Job Description: National Manager/National Head Product would be responsible for conceptualizing, creating & executing Product Roadmap for Labs. He would work with App & Web Product + Design teams to deliver capabilities / features that would help the business achieve the pre-defined metrics.
Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role: · Primary responsibility would be to ensure the adoption of key features of Labs department amongst Health plan users along with scalability of the product end to end. · Primary metric for this role would be # of overall transactions from plan users, Cashless transactions and user NPS score · He would be expected to bring an outside approach to product development by setting a structured customer outreach program for his team of Product Managers. · Expected work closely with Design, Technology, Marketing, Content & Business teams to achieve the desired objectives. · Work with Business Intelligence unit to look at data closely & prioritize the product roadmap with clear insights for desired outcome. · People management & engagement would be another key deliverable for this role to deliver exceptional results. · NM HealthRx would be leading a large team consisting of Product Managers, Design, BIU, Campaign and customer excellence. Primary Skill: · Prior experience of working on Consumer digital products is a must · Strategic thinking & and understanding of Product life cycle. · Analytical skills to make educated product decisions. · Prioritization to ensure the team works on what’s important. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Technical knowledge is a plus.
