Executive Assistant - Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Manage and maintain executives' appointments, and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Payroll Processing
- Making payment to vendors
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Employees' Assets monitoring
- Employees' Productivity monitoring
Qualifications:
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Prior experience in handling payroll, payments processing, communication & event management
- Proficient with business and financial principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners
