Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Vice President. The role encompasses strategic planning and implementation of all activities at the grass root level. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying areas and communities for skills development needs
  • Conducting thorough analysis of the scope of skills development needs
  • Designing and implementing interventions to address skills development needs
  • Developing monthly action plans and conducting program reviews
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in program implementation
  • Leading and managing a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Preparing, implementing, and monitoring plans and operational activities
  • Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operational areas
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating program progress and impact
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in program implementation
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with project partners
  • Coordinating and networking with all stakeholders
  • Supporting the Line Manager in planning and implementing skills development activities

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the skill development sector
  • Strong experience in operations and team management
  • Experience in working on CSR projects is desirable
