Job description
We are currently seeking experienced IB EYP Teachers/Pre Primary Teachers to join our team at our schools in Koramangala, Sadashivnagar, and Jakkur, Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality education to young learners in accordance with the IB Early Years Programme.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
- Monitoring and assessing students progress and providing feedback.
- Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure the overall well-being and development of the children.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Kindergarten/Nursery/Preschool Teacher in an International Curriculum School.
- Graduation with Pre Primary/NTT/MTT/ECCED.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Knowledge of the IB Early Years Programme.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong classroom management skills.
