Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Cluster level logistic plan in line with the overall project logistic plan. Prepare Cost estimation of project compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Subcontracts, Overheads etc. required for the execution of the project and ensure completion of the project within the Budgeted Cost. Support for tender finalization of Civil / HVAC/ ELEC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting/Land Scaping related works. Monitor design/construction activities/adherence to specifications/ implement system to control costs and recommend Costing Analysis. Project planning including material requirement and scheduling. Site Supervision including construction and materials management. Ensuring the Quality control of workmanship and material. Ensuring the Safety of human and material resources. General administration including bill preparation for contractor. Weekly reporting of construction activities. Study the drawings and understand the scope of work of the contractor Prepare reconciliation statement of materials. Liaise with procurement department for the material/equipment/sub contract prices. Preparing daily & weekly MIS, progress reports for presentation to management. Budgeting and expenditure planning. Decide project implementation priorities to ensure optimum utilization of funds. Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with contractual requirement Reviews and analyze company expenditure, financial, and operation reports to determine requirements needed for increasing/ensuring profitability. Liaise with internal and cross functional team for continuity of construction activity like QS billing, procurement, contracts, HSE, administration etc. Prepare the Staff productivity ratio monthly and liaise with Lead Planner in deciding the further plan of action in case of any variance. Prepare staff requirement for the project and forecast productivity details and issue it to the Lead Planner for approval. Qualifications BE / B. Tech- (Civil) PGDBM in Project planning (NICMAR) or related 10+ years in large scale construction management including execution of township/ residential/ commercial/ hospitality like projectsJob tags
