Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition
