- IdeaLab Solutions is an IT company providing services like Staff Augmentation, Project Management, Software Development, SaaS Business Solutions Reselling etc. We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth in the digital space.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to generate leads, drive client acquisition, and achieve sales targets.

- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach potential clients and promote our services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the digital landscape.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement on digital platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content that aligns with sales objectives.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital sales campaigns and initiatives.

- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.

- Prepare regular reports on digital sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably experience with JDE (Job Description Evaluation).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with the IT Services and Staff Augmentation industry for the International market is a plus.
