Job Description:

• Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring
• Handled the recruitment of different industries
• Exposure to handling bulk and fieldlevel Contracts regular hiring and multitasking.
• A proven track record of managing recruitment for multiple stakeholders.
• Responsible for planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity outbound campaigns mass open houses job fairs social events referrals of onboarded candidates college activity etc.

• Excellent communication skills

• Build a strong talent pipeline

• Own a Laptop / Desktop with Good Internet Connectivity

• Having a bike and being comfortable with field visits
