We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer . As a Civil Site Engineer , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations. This is a senior-level position, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Civil Site engineering.
Experience :
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction of building projects.
Minimum Qualification cum Experience requirement: 5+ years Experience for B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).
7+ years Experience for Diploma (in Civil).
Key responsibility areas :
- Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts.
- Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks.
- Organising construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.
- Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation. Determining project feasibility and giving approval.
- Developing construction project budget estimates.
- Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
- Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals. Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback.
Site Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
