JD – Category Manager (Processed Foods amp; FMCG)
We at Suite42 are building an on demand manufacturing platform for brands to get their manufacturing done. We help brands with design, prototyping, sourcing, quality and packaging. Roles amp; Responsibilities-
- Build from scratch amp; grow the Portfolio of FMCG/Processed foods Category
- Build Strong Manufacturer base amp; Supply chain capabilities
- New Product Development amp; Private Labelling/Own Brand Creation
- Manage Pricing amp; Negotiations, taking into account suitable benchmarks.
- Sourcing amp; Buying of respective categories
- Identify growth levers, concern areas, performance at category amp; product level to show positive trends
- Team building amp; Management
- Strategic planning for Revenue growth amp; Cost optimizations
- New projects or initiatives to grow business amp; set up SOPs.
- Additional skills like Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Leadership Qualities amp; Team Management
Criteria-
- Have 5-8 years of Relevant Experience in the Processed foods and FMCG Industry.
- Have the prior sourcing and category management experience for Private labelling in FMCG food Industry.
- Qualification- BBA/MBA
