Job Descriptions For Data Governance

Location : Gurgaon

Timings : 06 PM to 3.30 AM IST.

Summary- This role is primarily responsible for setup and maintenance of different product class such as Term loans, Corp bonds, Asset backed securities ,Equities , Derivatives and structure products for US Market.

The role also demands support to various process related project initiatives, Monthly MIS Reporting, stakeholder management, risk management, handling escalations, and addressing queries of Data Governance team. Working closely with Trade support Team for smooth flow of Transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Functional expertise in Data Quality Management Process (Reference Data Maintenance), for different security group, bonds, equities, derivatives, structure products.
  • Performing detailed analysis and delivering on-time within a highly compliant and 'no error' delivery frame-work.
  • Hands on different applications such as, Reuters Eikon, Markit, Bloomberg, Markit, any experience in Blackrock Aladdin is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Company corporate structure and relations of different entitles with their parent issuers.
  • Understanding of different ratings agencies and relevance of those for different products especially Term loans.
  • Working and interacting with clients and onshore counter-parts to understand their requirements like delivery of functional solutions, process improvements.
  • Performed security setups of bonds, equities, Term Loans, derivatives, structure products.
  • Supporting Middle office and Back office operations as part of Daily BAUs and ensuring all the tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring timely escalation of issues reported in Daily BAU's and cover the risk associated with it, working on different deals and entities there setup and maintenance.
  • To be able to communicate effectively, and clearly escalate queries to local and onshore team.
  • Bringing process improvement ideas and implement the same after analysis, ensuring that Risk and controls are covered during implementation.
  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Support to the team mates.
  • Creating process dashboard and MIS reports.
  • Identifying & Making process improvements.
  • Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis.
  • Working closely together with Trade support team, Settlements, Traders, Reconciliation and clients to ensure accurate information is updated within our processing database.
