Job Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor - Interior Design - Project Execution to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design
- Degree or diploma in interior design or a related field
- Proven experience in project execution and site supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes
- Proficient in project planning and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles is a plus
- Proficiency in interior design software and tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of interior design projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Supervise and inspect interior design installations to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions and address design challenges
- Provide guidance and support to junior interior designers and project staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in interior design
- Prepare project reports and documentation for review by management
