Job description
Recommending / Conducting Property Appraisal.
Conducting Individual Technical Visits.
Preparation & Recommendation of Individual TSR.
Ensuring compliance as per technical policy & process.
Recommending Technical Agency for Appointment.
Coordination with Technical Agency.
Vetting of reports submitted by the technical agency.
Adherence to TAT requirements.
To monitor construction progress for under construction property.
Update & Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS & MIS reports required from time to time.
Monitoring of Technical OTC PDD & ensuring timely closure of the same.
Update Property Base Rate Index.
Timely resolving audit queries.
