Job description
As a Telecaller you will play a key role in promoting our products/services and engaging potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Outbound Calling - Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Introduce our products/services, highlight their features, and address customer inquiries.
Sales Pitch And Product Knowledge - Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers.
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to address customer queries effectively.
Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele-caller will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
