Job description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to contribute to the strategic growth of our wedding photography business. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and cultivating new client relationships, converting leads into profitable contracts, and expanding our presence within the vibrant Indian wedding market. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification:

Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, industry publications, and strategic partnerships. Client Relationship Development:

Build strong rapport with prospective clients, wedding planners, and key industry contacts. Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and tailor communication accordingly. Sales Proposals and Presentations:

Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight the company's portfolio, service offerings, and unique selling points. Confidently deliver persuasive pitches that address client objectives. Negotiation and Contract Closure:

Skillfully negotiate package details, pricing, and contract terms to secure profitable agreements that align with company goals. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain exceptional client communication throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Address client concerns proactively and foster long-term relationships. Market Research and Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to inform sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the events or hospitality industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and [regional languages as needed].
