Job description
Trask is looking for Bank operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Transaction Processing: Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments. Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and procedures.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution. Provide information about banking products and services, including account features, interest rates, and fees.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including counting, verifying, and balancing cash drawers. Adhere to cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent discrepancies and minimize risks.
Account Administration: Open and close accounts, update customer information, and process account changes as needed. Verify customer identification and authorization for account-related transactions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and account activities. Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and stored securely in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update procedures accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other bank staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and managers, to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
