Education (Graduation, degree, certification, training etc): · Graduate (Preferred - Engineering or Information Technology) Skills Required (Technical / Non-Technical):
Technical: Understanding of Palo Alto Firewall solution and Network topology. Deployment, configuration and maintenance knowledge Palo Alto firewalls. Understanding events and functionality of the product. Analytical skills with ability to identify critical risks notified in the system Non-Technical: Superior verbal and written communication/presentation skills Cooperation and willingness Key Words: Palo Alto, Palo Alto Firewall, PA Firewall Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs): Graduation or Diploma in engineering is mandatory. Overall IT experience: - 3 years and above Work experience require for troubleshooting on Palo Alto Firewall solution and Zscaler proxy. Firewall policy and rule creation knowledge. Having knowledge of ITIL process and have experience on working in similar kind of environment Good written & communication skills and ability to work in multi-vendor environment Able to highlight all possible suspected threats and attacks. Ensure that Firewall compliance it maintained as per agreed SLAs with customer. Should be able to troubleshoot user level issues pertaining to Firewall access. Engineer should work on adhoc request which was informed by SPOC w.r.t incident analysis, logs review, incident/alerts Other: · Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Superiors. · Provide assistance and support to colleagues. · Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable. · Interest to explore new technology / product.
