Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Gurugram. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, video creation, and editing. You will play a key role in promoting our schools, engaging with our community, and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Qualifications Strong Marketing and Communication skills Experience in Social Media Marketing Proficiency in Web Content Writing Ability to monitor and interpret Web Analytics data Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator FRESHERS MAY APPLY Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Create and edit engaging videos for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Collaborate with the content team to produce creative and educational content for our audience. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and video production. Assist in managing SEO efforts and paid advertising campaigns, if applicable. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and video creation/editing. Strong skills in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/ Canva). Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. Basic knowledge of SEO and paid advertising is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
