The Quality Engineering Delivery Lead will be a part of a global team creating new solutions as well as improving existing solutions for Koch Global Solutions India(KGSI). Koch Business Solutions India is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. KGS India is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the KGS India over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.
Our Team Quality Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to create Business Intelligence solutions for KGSI and the customers. The Delivery manager will measure outcomes and direct the applicable action. He/she will be responsible for Quality solutions delivered from the KGSI and will manage multiple QE resources located in the KGSI. He/she will be responsible for the performance and development of talent in the QE space. He/she will work closely with their global counterparts on enterprise-wide delivery.

- Understand the business Roadmap and vision. Get the team aligned with business priorities and goals.
- Lead the Integration solutions and ensure that development is executed according to the design documents and principles.
- Manages the team and represents a point of escalation for the team.
- Manage the end to end of QE delivery from KGSI
- Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization along with the delivery estimates.
- Provide the technical thought leadership in various aspects of technical delivery.
- Work in collaboration with US leaders and teams.
- Highlight any delays / issues and work on mitigation plan.
- Ensure daily standups happen and project trackers are updated daily.
- Participate in team selection, hiring and coaching.
- Focus on building high performing team.
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with more than 12+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Test Engineers, Test Automation SMEs.
- Experience in more than one Test Automation tool such as TOSCA, Test Complete, Selenium etc.
- Experience in running complex Test programs, coordination across multiple test cycles, SIT, UAT etc
- Working with multiple stakeholders, stakeholder management, collaboration, vendor teams
- Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations
- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Capable to own the delivery and get the outcome delivered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
What Will Put You Ahead - Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps
- Working familiarity with API testing
