Here are the key responsibilities for an IT Recruiter focusing on ServiceNow:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand ServiceNow staffing needs.
- Translate technical requirements into a clear and comprehensive job description.
- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates with ServiceNow expertise.
- Build and maintain a network of ServiceNow professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and market trends.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to support the decision-making process.
- Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, considering competitive market conditions and organizational requirements
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape for ServiceNow professionals and provide insights to hiring managers on market conditions and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the recruitment database and leverage the database for future talent acquisition needs.
- Stay updated on changes within the ServiceNow ecosystem and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Skills
- Proven work experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical roles, particularly those related to ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with various recruitment processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and certifications.
- Ability to comprehend and assess technical skills relevant to ServiceNow.
- The ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Adherence to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with hiring managers, HR professionals, and team members.
Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.
- 2 – 3 years IT or Tech recruitment experience in ServiceNow
