Job description
Monal Digital, a creative hub for magical storytelling and imaginative 3D Animated content, is seeking a talented FX Artist to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in bringing our enchanting worlds to life through stunning visual effects.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex visual effects using industry-standard softwares. Collaborate with the animation and production teams to ensure seamless integration of FX into projects. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling through effects. Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to FX. Maintain and organize FX assets and libraries. Participate in reviews and iterations to refine FX as per creative vision. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Houdini, Maya, or Blender for FX creation. Familiarity with Nuke or After Effects for compositing is a plus. Artistic Flair: Ability to create a wide range of effects (e.g., water, fire, magical elements) that fit within our whimsical and fantastical themes. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creativity and Innovation: A knack for thinking outside the box to solve creative challenges and enhance storytelling through visual effects. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on a variety of projects with different styles and themes. Passion for Animation: A love for storytelling through animation and an understanding of how FX contributes to the narrative.
