Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Executive and Managers (Female Candidates only) located in Jaipur. The Guest Services Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, making reservations, and communicating effectively with guests and coworkers. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Customer Service skills
- Experience in making reservations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proficiency in multiple languages, knowledge of local attractions, and experience in handling guest complaints effectively.
For a managerial role one has to be matured enough to handle all situations and additionally handle service team and kitchen team as well. Manage the entire site.
