Responsibilities : - Engage potential clients through targeted cold-calling and respond to leads from Marketing. - Cultivate relationships to assess client needs, qualifying interests for effective sales engagement. - Tailor discussions based on identified needs, presenting relevant research information to clients. - Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, coordinating meetings, emails, or calls with salespersons. - Follow up with interested clients, ensuring continued engagement, addressing concerns, and conducting regular follow-ups for satisfaction and potential upsells. - Collaborate with sales executives, aligning efforts to meet company goals, and maintain accurate CRM records. - Adapt communication strategies globally and work with the sales team to optimize lead conversion. Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is an advantage. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with international business practices and cultural nuances.
