Job Title - Java DeveloperExperience - 4.5 + YearsLocation - Noida Sec 62Immediate Joiners only Job Responsibilities :We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with the frontend development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Java programming, database management, and server-side technologies will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our applications.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain the server-side components of web applications using Java and related technologies.- Design and implement efficient and secure APIs for seamless integration with frontend components.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.- Integrate external systems and services through RESTful or SOAP APIs.- Ensure proper documentation of the codebase, including code comments and technical documentation.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with the support team.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.Qualifications and Requirements :- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).- Solid understanding of backend development principles, including server-side architecture, database management, and web services.- Experience with building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.- Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.- Knowledge of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced development environment (ref:hirist.tech)
