About us: Notion Press is India’s largest book publishing platform with over 60,000 books published and sold in 150+ countries. We are a 10-year-old platform and currently publish a new book every 30 minutes. Notion Press is a global platform for anyone who believes in the power of words and the impact it can have on the world we live in. Our vision is to democratize publishing and help writers to publish and sell their books directly to readers around the world. We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.
Responsibilities: Content Development and Strategy: Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative video content strategies to educate and promote our authors, and books. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging video content that can be used to grow our brand. Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production research, scripting and planning. Ensure timely delivery of video projects, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Regularly review and adjust content strategies based on performance data and audience feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth. Qualification: 1+ year of experience in video production, preferably with a background in digital media, publishing, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating compelling video content, from concept to execution. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
