Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Manager at Poetry Design & Build located in Bengaluru. The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, signing-up new projects, developing and implementing sales strategies, researching and analyzing market trends, identifying new channel partners & micro markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, meeting sales targets, and managing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, or a related field
• Experience in the Architecture, Construction, or Villa/Farmhouse sales is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment
