General Mills India Center (GIC) operates out of Mumbai and supports the global operations of General Mills. The center was established in 2005 and has grown in strength. Digital and Technology team

Role: Sr. D&T Manager - Supply Chain
Location: Mumbai
This is an exciting time to work in General Mills' Supply Chain! We are accelerating Digital Transformation of our MakE capabilities to provide a competitive advantage to our business. For this, we are hiring Sr. D&T Manager - Supply Chain.
This role will play critical role of linking business objectives to core technological capabilities. This role is to lead our agile D&T Manufacturing and Engineering (MakE) team responsible to protect, operate and modernization technical solutions and business processes. This role partners across D&T and with Supply Chain to develop and implement new capabilities to advance Supply Chain strategic priorities.
Key Accountabilities
. Lead global Agile Product Team in support of strategic priorities and in-market execution.
. Develop and grow Global Team members and work as one global team.
. Work closely across D&T to prioritize and deliver strategic plans, investments, and business outcomes.
. Build strong relationships within D&T and SC business teams.
. Continuously improve operations including projects, operational metrics, opportunities, and SLA's
. Manage vendor landscape in support of MakE
. Ensure best practices and standards are being followed and solution is aligned with global vision of MakE capabilities team
. Use external perspective and internal relationships to improve how we work and what we deli ver.
. Good problem-solving skills, bias for action, decisive, strong time management skills
Must - have technical skills and experience
. Experience of Supply Chain technology implementation.
. Exposure to SAP MM, Blue Yonder
. Experience of working with manufacturing tools/ application like MES, MQIS, Maximo etc…
. Experience in Reporting & Advanced Analytics
. Experience of working in Green Field Manufacturing projects
. Strong people development skills
. Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology.
. Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story.
. Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.
Good to have skills
