Job description
Business System Analyst will support one or more Application Development projects for the Automobile Sales and Logistics business teams.
Responsibilities • Work closely with IT and business teams to gather complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, and issues. • Analyze business operations data and processes to formulate solutions to a business problem. • Elicit requirements from businesses with probing questions and suggestions to assist them in the understanding of their needs and translate them into application requirements. • Create functional design specifications, business process documentation and workflows, test cases, and test scripts for medium to large projects. • Coordinate the testing process between the business and IT. • Execute test cases and capture results. • Assist project manager(s) as needed and coach less experienced staff. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • 5+ years of experience as a Bus Systems Analyst, having successfully supported large complex application development projects. • Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and practices across the enterprise. • Experience with relational databases, such as DB2 and MS SQL Server • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio. • Excellent communications skills both written and oral. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. HIGHLY DESIRED: • Automotive Experience in Ordering, Logistics, and Sales Business processes.Job tags
