Location : Hyderabad/ Bengaluru
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the admission process for prospective students.
- Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures to potential applicants.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and in-person regarding admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information.
- Collaborate with senior admission counselors to organize recruitment events.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and presentations for recruitment purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's* degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with admission processes and requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using office software and databases.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in admission counseling or a related field.
- Knowledge of higher education trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Overseas Counselling is a plus.
- Regional language is a must (Kannada for Bangalore, Telugu for Hyderabad)
