Solution Design: You are responsible for designing the technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform based on the business requirements. This involves analyzing requirements, understanding the existing systems and processes, and designing solutions that leverage ServiceNow's capabilities effectively.
System Configuration: You will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes configuring various modules, defining workflows, creating business rules, and configuring integrations with other systems.
Technical Leadership: You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. You will assist in the resolution of technical challenges, review code and configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices, standards and KPI’s.
System Integration: ServiceNow often needs to integrate with other systems and platforms in an organization. As a Technical Architect / Lead, you will design and oversee the implementation of these integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly between different systems.
Performance Optimization: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of the ServiceNow platform. This involves identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, conducting performance testing, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
Platform Upgrades and Maintenance: You will oversee the upgrade process of the ServiceNow platform to newer versions. This includes planning and coordinating upgrade activities, testing the compatibility of customizations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the upgraded version.
Governance and Compliance: ServiceNow implementations often need to adhere to certain governance and compliance requirements. You will ensure that the system design and configurations meet these requirements, such as data security, access controls, and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Management: You will interact with various stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Documentation and Training: It is important to maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow implementation, including system designs, configurations, and integration details. Additionally, you may be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and administrators.

Hands-on experience of development and delivery for E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow. Experience in B2B Integration.
Experience on ServiceNow App Engine
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
Implemented B2B Integrations with Customers / Partners using REST/SOAP and JSON/XML
Javascript, Angular knowledge
ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
Demonstrated testing and test planning skills
Experience in incident response and demonstrated broad problem-solving skills, including error examination, analysis and technical recommendations on the ServiceNow platform or related systems.
