Job Description Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document automation requirements. 2. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle DocMerge solutions to automate document generation processes. 3. Configure and customize Oracle DocMerge templates to meet specific business needs. 4. Collaborate with database administrators and other developers to integrate Oracle DocMerge solutions with existing systems. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle DocMerge implementations. 6. Stay updated on the latest Oracle DocMerge features and technologies to ensure best practices are followed. 7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. 8. Document technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines related to Oracle DocMerge implementations. 9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle DocMerge Developer, with a focus on document automation. In-depth knowledge of Oracle DocMerge technologies, including template design and configuration. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming and Oracle Database. Experience in integrating Oracle DocMerge with other systems and applications. Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills: 1. Oracle DocMerge certification. 2. Experience with related technologies such as Oracle BI Publisher. 3. Knowledge of Oracle APEX (Application Express).
