Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accountant/Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As an Accountant/Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to handle both accounting and recruitment responsibilities. This role is full-time and requires 1 to 2 years of experience. The job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing,Taxation and financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to perform financial analysis and improve accounting processes
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
