Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems for IT employees, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
Employee Development and Training: Work with IT managers to identify training needs and create development programs to enhance IT employees' skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Employee Relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure IT HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies.
HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR data and generate reports related to IT workforce metrics, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant analytics.
Career Pathing and Succession Planning: Collaborate with IT managers to develop career paths for IT employees and identify potential successors for key IT roles.
Workforce Planning: Anticipate IT talent needs and work with IT leadership to develop workforce planning strategies to meet future demands.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment for IT employees.
IT Project Staffing: Collaborate with IT project managers to staff projects with the right talent and skills.
Experience in Zoho HR software is a plus.
Requirements
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications can be advantageous.
HR Experience: Significant experience in HR management or HR business partner roles, with specific exposure to IT-related HR functions.
IT Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry, job roles, technologies, and the specific challenges faced by IT professionals.
