Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with regional stake holders, back office teams and business across Asia Pacific region
- Reviewing and preparing trade documents / pricing supplements relating to issuance of structured products (i.e. Equity Linked Notes, Fixed Income Notes, Participatory Notes/Certificates and Third Party Notes). This will involve liaising with the structures and trader.
- Assist in drafting, negotiation and execution of Futures and Options, cash prime brokerage, synthetic prime brokerage master confirmation, stock borrowing and lending agreements
- Drafting of side letters and representation letters for issuing offshore derivative instruments for closed market jurisdictions such as India, China and Taiwan.
- Assisting in global regulatory projects which involves communicating with the regional lawyers
- Delegation of work within the team, assisting and supervising the work done by the team members, reviewing the work and also taking complete onus of the tasks
