Job description

Responsibilities

Responsibilty :

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget for the designated region, ensuring allocation of resources aligns with strategic objectives and sales targets.

Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for copper products.

Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and incorporate the findings into sales and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales incentives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and business partners to expand the company's customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and improve decision-making.

Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in the copper market to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitiveness.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and marketing activities in the designated region.

Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

MBA/B.E/B.Tch with 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in Ferrous/ Non Ferrous Metal industry
